Returns & Refunds policy

We want you to love your hoodie. Since each one is made especially for you after you place your order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or simply not liking it. But if something goes wrong—like a defect, a mislabeled item, a shipping mishap, or an error on our end—we’ve got you covered.
What to do if there’s a problem
If your hoodie arrives damaged, misprinted, mislabeled, or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it. Send an email to souvereins@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We’ll review it, and if it’s our mistake, we’ll send you a free replacement or issue a full refund—no extra cost to you.
For packages lost in transit, please contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier, and if it’s confirmed lost, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Please note: If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your hoodie, first check with neighbors or your local post office. Unfortunately, we can’t cover replacements for packages marked as delivered.
A note about your new hoodie
Sometimes, a new garment may have a slight vinegary smell or a faint white residue. Don’t worry—this is normal and temporary. It’s a result of the printing process and will disappear after the first wash.
Undeliverable packages
Sometimes a package comes back to us because the address was wrong, incomplete, or it wasn’t claimed. If that happens, we’ll notify you and hold the order for 30 days. You can have it reshipped—just keep in mind that reshipping costs will be your responsibility. If we don’t hear from you within those 30 days, the order will be donated to charity and no refund will be issued.
To avoid this, please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.
Returns – please don’t send anything without contacting us first
We use a fulfillment partner to handle shipping, so the return address on the package is their facility. If you believe a return is needed, always email us first. We’ll give you the correct instructions. Sending items elsewhere without contacting us may mean we can’t process your return, and you could be responsible for any lost packages.
When a return isn’t possible
Because our hoodies are made to order, we can’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse or if you ordered the wrong size. If you’re unsure about sizing, please check our size chart on each product page—we’re happy to help if you have questions before you order. Also, we can't process refunds for items that have been worn, washed, or used.
